PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT by Jay Northcote

When Dev moves in next door to Ewan, little does he know that his intellectual knowledge will come in handy with his gorgeous neighbour.

He has no sexual experience whatsoever so decides to make a to do list and set himself up a dating profile, hoping to be able to tick things off one by one.

Ewan, being slightly more wordly, knows exactly what sort of men Dev will be hooking up with so decides to offer himself up as a sort of sex tutor in return for maths help.

What starts out as a simple friends with benefits situation turns in to much more as they both need to admit their feelings before they get to the end of Dev's list.

The trouble is they are both throwing out mixed signals and when Ewan overhears half a conversation he thinks that maybe his love might not be returned.

This was a very sweet story about the uncertainty of young love, the discovery of feelings and the emotional rollercoaster that goes with them.

4 out of 5 stars.
