Only Time Will Tell by T.L. Travis

I thought going in to this book that it sounded like a fantastic idea, and it was...
The only trouble I had with it was that it was all a bit cut and dry. I loved the story, the time travel element and the mystery behind the watch but when the words came off the page they all seemed a little bit straightforward. I feel the story needed a bit of fleshing out. Maybe it's this author's style, it was all we did this, he said that, this happened....
Having said that they way the story developed was lovely, the characters were likeable and I wanted a HEA. I just think that the events in the past could have been linked in better with the present, the fact that Alex lost his memory and had another life, this wasn't really explained.
I'm not giving anything away here, this is all in the blurb...
3.5 stars.
